How do i make my girlfriend attractive?

I been in a relationship for almost 7 months now. In a short period of time, we have been on trips to Tampa Bay and Orlando. We been going on mini vacation. In the beginning of our relationship, we went to the beach at nights just sitting there and having a good conversation. I recall a day that she was feeling super sick at work so i brought her flowers. She told me yesterday that I dont make her feel attractive but i always told her how much she means to me and how she is everything to me. What can i do?
