Does anyone know this Rurouni Kenshin episode?

Okay, so I remember watching an episode of Rurouni Kenshin when I was little and it was pretty kick ***. I know that in the beginning of the episode, Yahiko and Sanosuke were fighting over rice or I guess they were fighting because they were hungry. I also remember there being a cat who caught a fish because it's tail was in the water. Later in the episode, the group got onto a boat for what ever reason, I don't remember, and there was a fight. I can recall that Kenshin was also pealing potatoes with Kaoru on the boat. Thank you to who ever helps me find this episode! If it even exists!
