Heelpp, what does this xray report mean?

Given just this information, it means that you have a portion of the bone, at the top of your knee, that has started to reabsorb. This means that the bone cells, for some reason or another, are reabsorbing themselves and destroying the bone in this region. The sclerosis is due to this re-absorption. The tissues around this area are starting to harden to compensate for the lost bone tissue.
