I don't spend time with my daughter what should I do?

I am a single father and I usually just see my daughter in the morning to give her a hug and kiss then drop her off at daycare. her Mom picks her up at 4 from daycare, I get home at 2 am or 3 am and she's sleeping. so i go into her room, kiss her, tell her i love her and that's all the interaction i have had with my daughter. she's 2. I can't recall ever spending more than 5 minutes with her since she was born. so I'm thinking she and I should have a daddy/daughter day. what are some of your ideas for what she and i should do on this day?
