Movies where the normal girl and arrogant guy fall in love?

I'm looking for movies that have an ordinary girl-next-door that falls for a guy who is charming/arrogant. It can be like anything from the StarStruck movie (the Disney one with Sterling Knight) to the Elena/Damon relationship, for those who are familiar with The Vampire Diaries. (and it's definitely a plus if the guy has blue eyes and dark hair) Thanks!
