Sharecash Survery information?

A few weeks ago, I was attempting to download something, and to get it, I had to fill out a sharecash survey. I stumbled upon this site that has apparently real information to fill in for the address, name, number, etc etc. I can't recall the site!!! I need to remember the site so if anyone has been to this site it would be appreciated. It seemed to have a red/white theme to the site if I remember correctly
