Would taking karate again hurt my healing?

hmmm,,,well first off if you have difficulties(like running) karate wouldnt be the best thing. karate and other forms of sport that cause you to exert your muscles are not something you should jump right into especially after a femur injury. i recomend more subtle excercise to power the leg enough to be able to be exerted the way it would be in karate. first start with jogging, NOT sprinting. and gradually use your leg more and more... you really dont want to mess the femur up anymore please be safe. i hope this helps
